Hello loves! I spent most of the holiday break from work off of my computer and it was incredibly nice. So, now I have a bit of a recap of the holidays for you. I spent Christmas in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with over 20 family members. My family spends every Christmas in Jackson skiing and enjoying a white Christmas. This year was no different, it snowed all day on Christmas! We ate at a few of my favorite places: Local (the elk medallions are too good), Il Villaggio Osteria (you must try the fig and prosciutto campanelle), and The Handle Bar (for après ski food and drinks). I spent New Year’s in San Francisco with a bunch of friends. We had a fun New Year’s Eve out in the city and a blast on New Year’s Day, which we spent brunching, sipping mimosas, and playing games outside in Fort Mason Park. It was the most fun way to spend the first day of the year! I also popped in and out of Phoenix between trips. In Phoenix, I ate at a few of my go to restaurants: Postino, The Henry, and Chelsea’s Kitchen. It was a wonderfully full yet relaxing break.
The dress I wore to the holiday ball was from Calypso (now on sale!). I loved the sequins on top and it fit perfectly! In Jackson Hole, my staple wardrobe items were my down Patagonia jacket, my Patagonia fleece, my Sorel boots, my new J.Crew jeans, my favorite scarf this winter (I wore it on repeat), and lots of cozy socks. On New Year’s Eve, I wore a black and white sequin Rachel Zoe dress from a few years ago (similar: one, two).
