The beach has been calling my name recently thanks to all the warm weather we’ve finally been having. In addition to going to the beach, I’ve been grabbing drinks and dinner as near to the beach as I can. The other night, I met my friends Allison and Jessi for a glass of rosé and an appetizer at Coast while we caught the beautiful California sunset. I knew I wanted to wear something bright and fun so this pink and white in Santa Monica look fit the bill perfectly. I’m in love with the top (it also comes in an off the shoulder version and a dress version!).
Does it get any more fun than this top!? Other than blue, pink is my favorite color so I just knew that the bold, bright shade of pink in this top would brighten up my wardrobe instantly and add a fun pop of color to my spring outfits. I’m also completely smitten with pieces that have an extra interesting touch to them like ruffles, differing necklines, or fun sleeves (which is pretty obvious if you read this post!) so I got hearts in my eyes for the flirty sleeves of this top. It’s such a knockout top all around! I found a bunch of other pink and floral tops at various price points that I know will give your spring wardrobe an extra little punch:
These white jeans have been such a welcome change in my closet from my standard blue skinny jeans (last seen here). I love the high waisted boyfriend fit. If you go back and forth between jean sizes, I recommend getting them in the smallest size jeans you usually wear or even sizing down. They come in blue denim too! I also love these similar white jeans: one, two, three, four, five.
Oh how I love this Cult Gaia purse. I tried to snag it last summer but it was sold out everywhere. You can imagine my happiness when it was restocked again in early 2017. It has since sold out again but is finally back in stock again, hallelujah. It’s such a fun piece and an amazing price so I can’t suggest getting it enough! This new Cult Gaia bag is super interesting too.
How about these embellished pink slides!? They sold out on J.Crew almost instantly… to be honest, I don’t know how I got a pair. I’m hoping they restock them but in the meantime, here are a few other J.Crew spring shoes I’m loving: one, two, three, four, five.
