Good gosh it already feels like I was in Charleston ages ago (a month ago to be exact)… maybe this feels particularly true because this week is moving at a snails pace. I always have such a hard time coming off big weekends with my friends! I know it isn’t just me; we all struggle with this tough reality after college. Back to Charleston… today’s outfit is my last outfit post from my time in Charleston this spring but I’m hoping to squeeze in another trip this summer. Fingers crossed! My look today is a floral romper in Charleston on Rainbow Row. The romper is perfect for so many occasions – champagne brunching, date night, or a night out with the gals. Here, I wore it to happy hour at Stars Rooftop but I’ve since worn it on a Saturday outing and to an al fresco dinner with my boyfriend, Edwin. How would you style the romper?
If you like this outfit then you might like my other two looks from Charleston this spring: White Sundress and Pom Pom Tote. If you like Charleston then pursue my recap of my trip or save my travel guide for a future reference.
The top of the romper is my favorite because it flows and flutters in the wind (or in a twirl!). The tiny little pom pom detailing on the edge of the top is pretty darn cute too.
These gold sandals (also come in silver) were on non-stop rotation for me last summer when I bought them. I was super ready to put my boots away and slip into the sandals again this year. They go with everything!
I’m completely a denim jacket girl (favorite #1 and favorite #2). In fact, I had a minor panic attack last weekend when I arrived in Del Mar and realized that I forgot my trusty jacket… that’s how often I throw it on.
Clare V. makes the most perfect clutches in the world. Her store on Montana Ave. (aka my Santa Monica neighborhood) is a danger zone for me! This bright pink clutch is a couple years old but I’m equally in love with her current rendition of the pink clutch. More pink clutches below…
